2 Classes of Your Choice

The two class trial includes any combination of Strength or Conditioning classes. One of the main problems with sticking with a new program is the BOREDOM of going through the same motions each time. Whether you choose to attend two strength classes, two conditioning, or a combination, rest you're walking into a new, fun and challenging workout each time.

We understand choosing a studio can be stressful. So we wanted you to be able to experience our studio with no financial risk. The first two classes at All In Motion are 100% free (with a special gift for those who attend both classes)!

Strength

Strength Training is a slower format than Conditioning and involves lifting, pushing and pulling weights (resistance) through a series of controlled mechanics.

Strength training helps you lose weight and keep it off by building muscle tissue. The more muscle mass you have, the higher your metabolic rate tends to be.

(6 people max per trainer so that our clients are provided close instruction)

Conditioning

Challenge the athlete in you with a blood pumping, calorie burning full body interval workout. This class is meant to strengthen your heart and increase the rate that your body burns calories. Each session is unique and focuses on new movements that are designed to get you moving and feeling better than ever before.

The schedule is a thoughtful balance between conditioning and strength, with no two workouts alike. You have access to everything from kettlebells, to rowers, to squat racks, to stationary bikes, to TRX (the list goes on). There is noticeable attention to detail with calculated emphasis on specific muscle activation to maximize performance and recovery.

Other than the trainers and facility, what really separates AIM from other gyms is the community aspect. This isn’t a high volume gym. With workout classes topping at 5 enrollees, you won’t be standing shoulder to shoulder with your fellow classmates — who happen to be normal, charismatic people with a passion for fitness."
